    What are vascular headaches? Vascular headaches are those that are caused by abnormal blood vessels in the brain. Migraines are one type of vascular headache. These are the most common type of vascular headache. This is a type of migraine that can be a warning sign for sufferers in the form an aura. It can last up to 30 minutes before the attack starts.
