Migraine medication is not recommended during pregnancy. Your doctor may recommend Tylenol and quiet lying in a darkened room. A cool cloth or ice pack can be applied to the head to help constrict blood vessels. A cold shower could also be helpful. Another option is to try acupuncture or chiropractic manipulation.
