    Acne is a common skin condition that teens often get. It is not fatal, but it can make the skin, scalp, neck, underarm, upper arms, and scalp look strange. Although most people don’t know how to treat it, there are many home remedies that can be used.

    • Acne can be reduced by eating foods that are high in carbohydrate and low in glycemic (low blood glucose distribution)
    • Use a large amount of honey and cinnamon powder to make a paste that you can apply to the pimples. This paste can be used for 2 weeks. Apply it overnight. Wash it with warm water in the morning.

    • You can mix equal amounts of rosewater and lime juice. After 20-30 minutes, apply the mixture to the problem area. Wash it with lukewarm warm water.

    • For common skin problems such as acne, whiteheads or blackheads; wrinkles, skin blemishes, boils, and skin blemishes, you can create a cataplasm using grated or thinly sliced potatoes.
    • To eliminate blackheads, mix water and ground radish seed to make a paste.
    • Make a paste or cream out of vinegar and salt. After it has dried, rinse it with water. You must ensure that the salt used to make the paste is sufficient and not just dissolve the salt in vinegar.
    • Apply fresh mint juice to the problem area for several weeks. It can also be used for other skin conditions.
    • Wheat grass juice has many health benefits, including the ability to reduce the appearance of pimples and acne. Drink at least one glass of wheat grass juice every day.
    • Blend orange skin with water. Blend until it forms a paste. Apply the paste to the problem area for 20-30 minutes. Rinse off with lukewarm running water.
    • Vitamin deficiency is a common cause of acne. Vitamin deficiencies can lead to acne. Make sure you take vitamins A, E, and Z together. It can reduce pimples.
