    • Oil Massage: Apply oil to the scalp. This will increase blood circulation to the head.
    • Cinnamon: This spice has many benefits. It can be used as a paste or added to a diet.

    To avoid stress, eat well and do regular exercise. Get enough water, rest well and get plenty of sleep. Avoid straining your eyes from the constant glare from the computer or television. Avoid reading in dim light as it can cause headaches.
