Na vysokej škole ani v pracovnej oblasti sa to neučí. Nad týmto aspektom máte veľkú kontrolu. Dostávate sa tak do stavu, ktorý je proaktívny, vďaka čomu sa cítite skvele a okrem toho vám dodáva pokoj. Nazývam to základný model redukcie stresu. Vyváženie vašej fyziológie udáva "tón" ostatným aspektom redukcie stresu. Je to základ pre ostatné prvky redukcie stresu. Je to základ! Obsahuje pravidelné a správne množstvo spánku a cvičenia, riadenie hladiny cukru a inzulínu v krvi, zníženie toxicity atď. Ak si toto správne osvojíte, ostatné oblasti prídu oveľa jednoduchšie a akútny stres nie je až taký traumatizujúci alebo stresujúci. Nie je to žiadna veľká vec! Budete si viac užívať život. Ak túto zložku prehliadnete, budete mať nadmerný stres, budete dosť nevyrovnaní a pravdepodobne sa "zrútite".
