Como consertar sua crise energética pessoal?

Lack of energy is irritating, but it leads to bigger problems. Someone who runs out of steam normally either sinks to a lethargy fueled by fatigue (yawn), or slips into a stress-filled attempt to beat the clock for each thing done (whew). This cycle negatively affects resistance, the aging process, and basic self-esteem–not to mention focus and ability to handle the tasks at hand.

The great news

Many energy suckers are largely preventable, the result of poor choices. Often, unhealthful lifestyle habits may be the reason for depleted energy reserves. Today we look at a different set of customs, mindset and nourishment energy-sappers which you could change to save yourself.

Poor boundaries

Are you always at the beck and call of others, given no chance to express an opinion, or requested to take on unrealistic tasks typically become frustrated, feel helpless, and create low self-esteem? Not standing up for yourself is a real drain. Over the long run, the effect ranges from fear to pessimism, further dragging down energy and making it almost impossible to feel free or at charge. Energy Fix: Honestly examine your willingness to do a great deal for others. Perhaps you’ve lost your sense of self along the way whilst over-giving, over-agreeing, or engaging in well-meaning relationships that no longer serve you. It’s time to rethink these scenarios. Draw boundaries with negative folks. When a request is unreasonable, say “no.” While it’s true that we can not change others, it’s also imperative to our own well-being to change how we respond to maintain their negativity from our own lives.

Unhealthful food options

Taking control over our own health and well-being begins with good nutrition. If you regularly skip breakfast, have sugary snacks, then turn to vending machines for snacks, or purchase foods that lack protein or healthy fats, you are not getting what you require. Many who struggle to get through the day are running on empty-empty calories, that is. Energy Fix: First and foremost, plan ahead. Long before you start craving or feel that your energy sinking, decide what and when you’re going to eat. Set your sights on three meals and 2 snacks. Know what you will have to purchase, prepare, and take along with you. I maintain almonds, a Metagenics Rice Ultra Meal Bar, or any fruit in my bag or in my desk at all times so healthful choices are simple and available. I’m not leaving my nourishment up to chance.

Uncertainty about how to improve your health. Maybe you’re aware something is not quite right, but you are not sure what it is. The very truth your well-being is in question can make this kind of tiring and stressful issue. But do not put it off. Finding and repairing energy drains in your life might take a little work, but it is so worth it when you examine the results: more resolve, more attention, more achievement.
