They are also more harmful to people who aren’t in good health than those who do. You can put it in perspective. Which one is more sweet and lasts longer? How much sugar you consume or how much attention, compliments and attraction you receive from the sweet little girls and boys at the event? For one week, stop eating sodas and deep fries. You can eat more cheat meals once your metabolism and fitness levels increase.
    • Do fat-burning exercise. Exercise is essential if you want to accelerate your fat loss. It ‘turns fat to muscles’. It’s not exactly. You can put it this way: where fat is lost, the growing muscle mass replaces it. More muscle means a higher metabolism. Muscles are not built at the gym but during recovery. The whole day is when your body gains or loses body fat, not just during meals or exercise.
