It can’t be over-emphasized that oxygen is very important for sustenance of life on earth. Through respiration oxygen is taken to the lungs from where, after dissolving in blood, it’s transported to all the cells in the body. It’s responsible for burning or oxidation of food, thus, generating energy needed for our body to function.

In our day to day life, we see many individuals who seem tired or seem like they have no energy. It’s so because many people, now-a-days, suffer from lack of oxygen. Such deficiency could result from host of factors such as poor diet, air pollution, and incorrect process of breathing and lack of exercise. The lack of sufficient oxygen in our cells weakens our immune system. Obviously, oxygen is one of the most crucial elements required for sustaining life on Earth.

In the absence of oxygen, our bodies begin to suffer or we perish. In case of lack of oxygen, the metabolism doesn’t happen in the appropriate way leading to weak or unhealthy cells. Because of this, we lose our natural immunity and become vulnerable to viruses and a number of diseases.

Supplement

However, we could opt for oxygen supplements for treatment of lack of oxygen or else we have to undergo oxygen therapy. On the other hand, the non-metallic element can also be instrumental in destroying the harmful bacteria while leaving the beneficial bacteria totally unharmed. No medication can accomplish such a feat. For leading a fuller life, we will need to exercise and follow a diet that’s full of nutrients.

However, it’s not the case so far as our contemporary life is concerned. We a lead a sedentary life that’s aggravated by depleted oxygen levels in the air. The situation demands we inhale more of the highly reactive element to manage the pressures of modern life. There are many stresses on bodies caused by the nature of contemporary life.

Nota final

To start with, we can’t avoid getting exposed to substances. To eliminate the toxic stress as a result of chemical exposure, our cells will need to be detoxified from time to time. In a world where breakdown of households or individual relationships is all too prevalent, there’s absolutely not any way to escape psychological stress, which requires the production of adrenaline and andrenal hormones. Moreover, a physical injury also limits circulation in addition to supply of oxygen within our bodies. And, oxygen is also drained by infections we suffer from as non-metallic gas is required to fight off fungi, bacteria and viruses.
