Get moving

Exercise releases hormones that help change your mood. For instance, cleaning your distance gets you going and makes you feel better about your environment. Many times your bad mood could be amplified by your lack of motion. Getting up and doing something, whether it’s exercising or walking around the block, can provide you a huge mood boost.
