    Cephalalgia is the medical term for headaches. Cephalalgia is the most common problem and is characterized as pain in the head or neck area. Headache is usually caused by internal problems in the body. Headaches are usually caused by allergies to alcohol, liver, chocolate and milk.     • Mix two to three lemon slices together and make lemon juice. Add it to a cup of tea. The paste made from the lemon crust can be used to apply the lemon plaster to the forehead. You can also apply fresh lemon rinds to the forehead.
    • The inner portion of an apple should be removed. After the apple has been skinned, add some salt to it and then eat it every day for a week without any other food or drink.
    • Vinegar can be applied to the forehead by being rubbed on henna flower petals. It will reduce the pain and headaches caused by the intense heat from the sun.
    • Make a paste by mixing cinnamon and water. The paste should be applied to the forehead and temples. This will reduce headaches caused by overexposure to cold.
    • Boil one liter of water with a handful of rosemary. You can inhale the steam from the boiled mixture by placing a towel on top of your head.
    • Mix 1 tablespoon of water and 1 tablespoon cinnamon to make a paste. Place the paste on your forehead and let it rest for 20-30 mins. Use a warm cloth to wipe the paste clean. Use a clean cloth to apply the paste to your forehead. For a few moments, close your eyes and take a break.
    • Mix 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar into a glass of water and let it sit for a while. To treat headaches, drink thick grapes juice every day.
    • Drink lots of water every day to avoid dehydration.
    • If you are experiencing headaches, a cup warm coffee is a good choice. Take small sips of the coffee and try to relax.
    • Place a towel on top of your forehead, and place an ice pack on it. For 20-30 minutes, lie down in this position. Next, close your eyes and breathe deeply.
    • Cut a potato into slices. Place the slices on your forehead.
    • Take 1 cucumber and cut it into thin slices. Then, tie the peels to your forehead with a cloth. Your headache will disappear in no time if you rest the cucumbers peels on top of your head for 15-20 minutes.

    You should take care of your diet during headaches. Failure to do so will result in a worsening headache. Proper nutrition, regular exercise and positive mental exercises are the best and most effective ways to avoid headaches. You will need to fast for a few hours. Then, you can drink only citrus juice, dilute with water. It should be taken every day for two hours, from morning eight to night eight. Later, eat only foods that are easy to digest. For breakfast, eat fresh and dried fruits, and for dinner, eat cereals and potatoes, wheat bread, and rice. Every day, you should drink lots of water. For better results, you can add a teaspoon honey to your water.
