How To Get Rid Of Body Acne?

You can prevent and treat body acne with simple home remedies. Body acne is something that no one wants to deal with, especially as the temperatures rise and summer approaches. Although body acne can affect anyone, it is more common in teenage girls. It typically starts on the face, and then spreads to other areas of the body. Most people have severe acne on their faces. If you see this, it is likely that you have body acne.

Acne can be caused by an overactive oil gland, a proliferation of bacteria, and clogged pores. Blackheads and whiteheads can be caused by oil, dead skin cells, and oil. Infected pimples can result. The upper torso and back are the most common areas for body acne. There are more glands in the back than any other part of the body. The pores can become clogged with oil and dead skin cells.

Winter acne can be caused by heat, skin care products, and even perspiration. Perspiration can trap dirt and debris in your pores. Perspiration after a hard workout can cause sweating. Make sure you shower after your work out. Your skin can also be affected by certain types of clothing. Some fabrics are too tight and can clog your pores, which can eventually lead to acne.

Take Note

  • Honey and Cinnamon – 2 Tbsp 2 Tbsp. Mix the cinnamon in a cup. Once the paste is ready, apply it to your skin just before you go to bed. It will dry over night, so you can just wash it off the next morning.
  • Bathing – Add 1-2 tablespoons of Epsom salt to your tub and mix it together. Soak for 15-20 minutes to exfoliate dead skin cells. It will also reduce irritation and redness.
  • Orange Peel – Although oranges are a delicious fruit, drying the peeling can help with acne. Mix 2 tablespoons of orange peel paste or powder with a little water. This paste should be applied to the affected area and left on for at least 2 hours.
