Qi in Chinese means not only “Breathe / Energy / Life Generating” but also VERY importantly”to issue on”. Gong means “Techniques/Methods/Ways/Skills” literally. Qigong as a term not only means “Breath/Energy/Life Generating Methods”, but also “Breath/Energy/Life in Motion”.
In the science of physics,’energy in movement’ means energy changing; because the science of Physics has found that everything is made of vibrating patterns of energy that come from a single issuing forth stage that originated from Nothing and that this energy is constantly changing from one country to another. Also, this Energy finally is made up of photons, which is moving Light. Thus, the entire world, everything that exists, is made from something that’s INVISIBLE.
Furthermore, the science of Molecular Biology has found that our bodies not only are manufactured from the imperceptible original source vibrating energy on a molecular level, but are also composed of a rich variety of minerals, 70% water, and largely empty space, all of which write a crystalline being. You’re a power “soup” full of countless lively frequencies and patterns. Both sciences have found that all molecules are composed of particles within waves of light and that the elements of the molecules PULSE in and out of view.
Keep in mind
So, 50% of the time that you exist and 50 percent of the time you and everything else is INVISIBLE! Where are you when you’re invisible? You and everything which exists returns to the Source, the condition of nothingness where all vibrational waves stop moving, where all comes from and all is possible. Thus, you and everything that exists are ONE item, of ONE source. The pulsing IS life changing from one country to another, which in Qigong is the life generating concept of’yin & yang’. Thus, it may be realized that Qigong in general and Jindao Qigong specifically is about Life Transformation due to all of these points. When employing the Qi generating methods, Life Transformation is the final result of a process where the body/mind/spirit is coordinated into a healthy being and inner peace & joy arises as one joins to this Source.
The Source is also Called The Tao/Dao (The Way), The Divine, Spirit, God, Goddess, Etc. So much in the previous articles, we’ve been talking about reaching and remaining in this Source. Thus, Jindao Life Transformation Qigong is finally about being present in what many and diverse religious traditions call”A State of Grace” – being under Divine INFLUENCE.
Let’s understand it
This Influence (spiritual self realization) enables us to transcend our foundation humankind and’Embrace the Invisible’, the Divinity that creates and empowers us. From the Divine Source (and so you and everything) all that has been, is, and may be arises from and provides forth from; out of here there’s just unconditional giving issuing forth, which is just another way of saying”Unconditional love”.
Also, we’ve been talking about the way you do not need to do anything to get this unconditional love, you only need to be there and accept it. So, it is not a Doing, it is a Being. You just need to sit still and understand (pure consciousness ), let go, breathe, and be here today. Meditation, which is quieting the mind to experience peace, is 1 tool to create more awareness. Through meditation, you are ready to’stop the world’ and connect directly to the Source. At the Source, where there’s the pure awareness that encounters nothing from which all ideas emerge, there appears a transformational state of grace where there is first stillness, then quiet, then peace, then joy, then bliss.
During this state of grace, it is possible to go even further into ecstasy and beyond even that to where not only your mind/body/spirit unite but you are feeling at one with Nature, at one with creation itself. Here, you can’t only’know yourself’, but also”understand the Divine”. When coupled together with the Divine, you immediately know that you that you knew was insignificant, that the replies you thought you had, all of the decisions to you believed you had, were finite and small alongside the huge infinity of the Divine.
Here, you realize you’ve just questions for the Divine, the more that you’re in its existence, the more questions you have and the more you want to get from the Divine. Many religious traditions from India, China, and elsewhere concentrate on inquiry as a way of quieting the mind and staying in the energy of fascination, instead of conclusion. If the question is right, the answer will clearly follow. This notion has been the deepest level of consciousness and concealed Comprehension of Spirituality for thousands of years: from shamanism 5,000 years ago, to Taoism, to Tantra, to Buddhism, to Zen, to Kabbalism, to Judaism, to Christianity, to Hawaiian Kahuna-ism, and into modern times with Neville Goddard’s Power of Awareness, to Ekhart Tolle’s Living in the Now, to Dr. Robert Anthony’s Deliberate Creation, to Paul Bauer’s Effortless Manifesting. Kam Yuan’s Yuan Method, to Richard Bartlett’s Matrix Energetics, to Frank Kinslow’s Quantum Entrainment, to Gary Douglas’ Access Consciousness, Etc.
The common thread in most true Spiritualities is the idea of”The answer is in the question”. Asking questions means being open to all possibilities, open to the giving nature of the Source. Thus,”To Question is to Receive”. Telling the Source your response blocks your getting of what could be ideal for you. Questioning frees you from the bondage of everything you believe you see before you. Presumed preconceived notions (that’s: replies, judgments, and decisions ), halt the flow of energy in your life.
More than that, nearly all your decisions were developed under the influence of others (parents, school teachers, peers, friends, enemies, society, country, culture, and so forth ) as you’re growing up. These decisions influence your world view, your attitude, your feelings towards your self and everything you do, your point of view (what you see on the tide ). These conclusions that you draw (from others) create all of the constraints on your life. Your point of view creates your reality, as opposed to your reality creates your viewpoint. Thus, you can ask yourself, ‘What if everything you think and what you see really creates all you see on your adventure of your life? AND NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND.
Point of view
Asking the question, allows for there to be something different. Thus, you’re living in the question. By’Being the Question’, you allow for possibilities. When you get The Source, by asking questions, it allows for many possibilities to happen because it creates a space for transformation to happen. The question creates more chances, while the”response” (pre-conceived conclusion) restricts chances. Having a particular point of view creates lively limitations. If you resist or respond, your are making an energetic limitation.
Resistance or response connects you to negativity. Allowance is not resisting or reacting against aligning or agreeing with. Being open to all possibilities means the Source can Flow to you and deliver you Divine influence. You will need to’Do Nothing’ and only accept being in the Flow, you consequently’Choose Change’ by being open to get. This way, life gets unhindered, simple, and flowing. Being open to the Flow in The Source brings so much satisfaction that the outcome is always terrific joy, and with there follows gratitude.
By choosing change you select a life of Joy and Gratitude. The coughing allows you to BE the energy for things to change, rather than to be the response to things that occur to you. The actual truth is”Ask and you shall receive”. To make life simple and joyous, it is possible to alter present reality by being open to the flow of possibilities from the Source. To make a life transformation, ask”How does it get any better than that?” , no matter when things are”good” or”bad”. The next thing to realize is your willingness to get is what opens or closes the getting. There’s the willingness to really receive and the clearing of any energy that’s in the means of receiving.
Now, you make space for Life Transformation using tools to clean every past and current thought, feeling, pain, etc. Easier said than done? That’s because we’ve lived blinded to what’s really there about us, waiting and ready to be accepted. All that we’ve experienced and learned from childhood when we were oblivious of the Source has influenced us to be skeptical of pain in whatever form. Thus, we in essence make a gatekeeper between what happens in the external world and what you let inside.
This gate keeper fears the unknown and clings to the recognizable to keep safe. This condition creates somewhat more pain, stagnation, and blockages and divides us to body/mind/spirit. Internal resistance by the Gate Keeper (the Ego) hinders the getting. Jindao Life Transforming Qigong uses various methods/skills/techniques/tools to dissolve these blockages and stagnation and to release the pain and fear so that you may Embrace the Invisible. We can live a life enriched by it all, or in dread of it.
