Carroll of North Carolina. In 300 patients suffering from rheumatoid arthritis, 98 percent were found to be severely allergic to various foods, and a few to several foods. The analysis showed 37 percent allergic to wheat, 27 percent to corn, 23 percent to lait, 19 percent to eggs and 12 percent to tomatoes. Once the offending foods were eliminated from their diets, they all showed marked improvement. That’s extremely conclusive evidence in 1 study. The effect of arthritis on the society is significant.
