    To prevent dehydration, you should eat regular meals and drink plenty of fluids. You can also reduce stress through regular exercise or other stress management methods. It is best to treat tension headaches as soon as they occur. This will not only prevent tension headaches from getting worse but it will also make them more likely to go away if they are treated immediately.
