    For this report, I decided to discuss Migraine Headaches. Migraines are awful and undoubtedly among the most frequent things that could ruin your day. They bring on extreme pain which leaves you feeling handicapped and can go so far as making you dizzy or even vomit.

    Keep A Diary!

    This might seem silly, but maintaining a journal of your migraines that you get is a excellent way of preventing migraines. There are often patterns which trigger migraines, for example, certain foods or beverages may trigger them. So how do you determine which foods and beverages trigger your migraines? You make a journal! Write the times of your headaches along with the foods that you eat. You need to be able to begin to notice some patterns and find out which foods and beverages could be causing you problems.

    A good deal of people do not think of this, but try and learn what you might be allergic to. Migraines can be caused only from an allergy to a particular food that you might have eaten.
