Headaches are a part and parcel of everybody’s life. But there’s not any single sort of headache Though the symptoms are exactly the same,(pain in the head), every ache is caused due to different motive. Headaches go by different names like Migraine, Chronic Daily Headache, Cluster Headache, Tension Headaches or Stress Headaches, Facial Headaches and Sinister Headaches and so on.
These originate in the back of the throat. The pain begins from the tendons in the side and stretch until the back of the throat. This headache usually occurs in people when they’ve been working too hard or even while driving over long distances. Apart from work, stressful situations can cause these headaches. They can also occur because of sudden increase in blood pressure. The main reason behind these headaches is your liver.
Emotional and psychological stress can lead to disturbance in the smooth functioning of the liver. These headaches are also known as Tension headaches and they happen in greater than one third of the adults. The symptoms of the aggravation are if the pain occurs in either the surfaces of the head and generally feel a tightening feeling either at the forehead or in the back of the throat. They don’t generally weaken the individual but they can make a whole lot of pain and annoyance to the individual who’s suffering from them.
It isn’t technically a recurring illness, but people who suffer from anxiety headaches, the pain happens once or twice a month. The next point is, how can someone diagnose whether the headache is a migraine or stress-related. The doctor will usually be able to tell the patient when the headache is stress-related or by examination as well as the description of pain associated with him. One benefit is no complex medical procedures like, MRI scan, blood tests, x-rays etc, is needed to diagnose tension headaches.
The remedy of the headaches is straightforward also. If the pain is intermittent, then over-the top counter pain relievers can decrease the pain to an extent. But remember to check the expiry date and the tag for a number of after-effects if any. Additionally it is advised to follow instructions on the label, right. In the event, the pain relievers do not help, consult a physician at the earliest. They may prescribe medications that will need to be taken together with the beginning of the headache. It’s always advised to take care of the heachaches when they’re only starting and until they get serious and much more debilitating. Doctors may also prescribe medicines which will need to be taken even on the headache-free days, in order to halt the start of a tension headache.
