You can try a ripe, mashed banana over the area, and cover it with tape overnight. The banana’s enzymes draw the banana to the surface, making it easy to remove the next day. A mashed banana can also be used to draw out pimples!

Although we don’t believe that frogs can give us warts, we can banish them by making a paste of Castor Oil and baking soda every night for three weeks. Cover the wart with tape. PETER PIPER PICKED ONE PECK OF PICKLED PPPERS: Peter Piper could have used Cayenne pepper to stop the bleeding. Powdered Cayenne can be applied to a bleeding wound and it will stop the bleeding in just 10 seconds. Apply the Cayenne powder to the cut and cover it with a bandage. It stops bleeding from head wounds.

BROWN PAPER BAG TRICK: To stop a bleeding nose, place a small piece from a brown paper bag between your upper lip and your gum. It will stay in place by the top lip. In a matter of minutes, bleeding will stop!

WINNIE-THE POOH’S BURN REVERSE: Honey is a sweet and sticky remedy for minor burns. Gently apply honey to reduce the pain from a burn. Only use raw, natural honey from a health food store. It is full of enzymes. Winnie-the Pooh wouldn’t have bought his honey from the supermarket!

OIL OF EUCALYPTUS: Man/Woman, and Dog’s best friend. A few drops of oil from Eucalyptus can be applied to a cotton wad placed inside a small container if you have a cold or are unable to breathe. Open the container and take a deep breath every time you need to clear your mind. It’s a safe and natural way to inhale.

FASHIONABLE PET REPEL TICKS: Dip a rope into oil of Eucalyptus and wrap it in a bandana. Tie it around your pet’s neck. The Eucalyptus repels ticks and fleas. Pets are adorable, too! The rope should be refreshed twice per week. You can also mix one part Eucalyptus with 16 parts water in a spray bottle. Spray your pet before you go gardening, hiking, or playing in the grass.

THE SMELLY ONION – YES! To stop the constant coughing, slice a thin yellow onion and wrap it in cheese cloth. After heating in the oven at 200° for a few minutes, place the onion on your child’s chest and then cover it with a T shirt. The coughing stopped as soon as I got to my son’s bedroom. The European remedy for coughing is known as Onion.

PEPPERMINT TEA: The best way to relieve a headache or stomachache. For 10 minutes, boil a cup of water and add a Peppermint teabag. You can add honey if you wish. Soon, your sad lips will turn to a smile and they will feel much better.

ECHINACEA: God bless you! You can actually make a sneeze sound like a sneeze. Parents should know that Echinacea (ecki-naysha) is a natural remedy for healing your family. It acts almost as an herbal anti-viral and antibiotic, and stimulates your immune system. If a child comes home with a bug, you give it the child to make them feel better and then you give it the rest of your family to keep them healthy. This is a way to ensure that illness does not spread throughout the family.
