It is important to know what foods you might be allergic to. This may seem obvious, but it is possible to prevent migraines by avoiding bright lights. You might be experiencing frequent migraines at work if you are not happy with the lighting.
  • Are you seeing the light in a brighter area? Is it right in front of you? If any of these are true, you should adjust the light. If the ceiling light is on, you might ask if you could move your desk.
