You are most likely in a rush if you’re looking for home remedies for acne that take less than 10 mins to prepare and apply. This article will be as short and simple as possible. Don’t squeeze a blemish if you see it. Scarring can result from squeezing. You can use table salt to exfoliate  if you don’t have one. Use a little water to mix the salt and gently massage the area.

    What to do?

The yellow plug may fall off if this is all you do. Use the coldest water you can to wash away salt and other residue. The cold water tightens the pores. Pat your face dry. Do not rub. Take a look at how it looks.

If this fails, you can either make an ice pack by taking ice cubes out of the freezer or making one by placing them in a sandwich bag. Wrap the ice cubes in a thin piece of cloth if you don’t have any other options. Place the ice directly on the blemish. Keep it there for at least 5-7 minutes. The skin underneath will appear reddened or flushed when you remove the ice. However, the pimple should have sunk. To reduce the flushing, rinse the area with warm water. Let dry the area and check your appearance.

    Take into account

If none of these options work, you might need to spend a little more time or use some good skincare products. Your regular cleanser, or shower gel, could be the culprit. Most soaps and cleansers alter the skin’s pH to make it more friendly to the bacteria that causes acne. Regular use of a sulfur-based cleanser can cause a slightly acidic pH that is “unfriendly”. It is incompatible with bacteria growth.

Topically applied remedies containing tea tree oil (Neem), turmeric, papaya and aloe vera are all effective in reducing inflammation and bacteria. Calendula, also called pot marigold, can also be used. Creams containing vitamin A and vitamin C can be used to reduce blemishes or fade scars. Oral supplements containing vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin B5, vitamin D, and vitamin E can also be beneficial. Alternative practitioners often recommend detoxification. It takes more than 10 minutes for pores to be cleansed. This involves avoiding environmental toxins, artificial food additives, and artificial cosmetic ingredients. No matter what you do, treat your skin with kindness and don’t stress about it. Stress can lead to more acne breakouts, and make the condition worse.
