The germs in an infection become infectious and active only when bodily impurities and waste matter have accumulated or tissue damage has already occurred. This is true if they are of a viral or bacterial origin and if they are generated inside the body or discharged from the outside environment.

In actuality, viruses attempt to avoid the passing of the body.
