There are many reasons dandruff can occur. The treatment must be different. If you don’t want to use chemical treatments on your hair and have sensitive skin there are many natural remedies that can be used.

Tea tree oil has been proven to have anti-fungal and antiseptic properties. Apply a mixture of tea tree oil with aloe vera oil to your scalp and let it sit for 15 minutes before you rinse. A cider vinegar solution is another option to treat dandruff. It reduces itching and helps to eliminate flakes. Apply a few drops to your hair before shampooing. Leave it on for between 15 and 30 minutes. Then, wash your hair with mild shampoo.

    Do this!

Mix the apple cider vinegar with water in equal amounts and rinse your hair. It will not only remove dandruff, but it will also give your hair shine. You can also apply a pack with lime juice, amla juice, and curd to your hair and leave it on overnight. It can check for hair fall and dandruff. Hot oil treatment is an age-old remedy that can help your dandruff-prone hair.

Before going to bed, massage your hair with a mixture of olive oil and hot sesame oil. Apply a mixture of vinegar and lime juice to your hair the next day. After washing your hair, rinse it off with warm water. You will notice a difference in your hair after three months of using the mixture twice a week.

    Final note

Another option is to soak the fenugreek seed overnight. Make a paste from them the next day and apply it an hour before you take a bath. Use ritha or shikakai to wash it off. You can mix jojoba, clove and rosemary oil to get dandruff-free hair. Apply it every week to your scalp. You can soak the lime peels in coconut oil for about a week and then apply the mixture to your hair. It is a highly enriched formula that will reduce your dandruff significantly. You should also be mindful of your diet. Avoid deep-fried and calorie-rich foods. Switch to fresh fruits, vegetables, and lots of water if your goal is to have dandruff-free hair.
