These home remedies are all natural and can relieve pain, discomfort, and embarrassment.

    Home Remedies

    • Take a teaspoon of clarified butter (ghee), in a cup full of warm milk, and have it at bedtime every night for a few days. This home remedy is extremely effective for constipation.
    • One teaspoon of sweet rose jelly (gulkand) should be taken twice with warm water. Gulkand is primarily made of rose petals.
    • Take one to two teaspoons of pure castor oil mixed with warm milk at bedtime. This is another home remedy for constipation.
    • To relieve constipation, take 3 to 5 grams of the powdered chebulic myrobalan/harad with warm water.
    • After meals, take equal amounts of black salt and turmeric powder. This is a great remedy for constipation or gas problems.
    • Constipation is often caused by the inability to pass stool even when pressure is applied. Never suppress your natural urge.
    • Constipation prevention foods rich in fiber like drumstick, carrot, dry beans, and spinach are beneficial.
    • Spicy foods can cause digestive problems. Avoid spicy foods.
    • Make thin bread (chapatti), using two parts of wheat and one part of roasted black gram powder. Add their husk to increase fiber and ensure normal defecation.
    • You should not watch television while eating. This will disrupt your digestive process.
    • Sometimes, constipation can lead to other digestive problems such as constipation. To ensure proper digestion, take your time with chewing.
    • Walking for 30 minutes each morning and evening is a good idea. You can also engage in physical activities, such as walking for at least 30 minutes each day.
    • For a brief time, sit in vajrasana. Start by laying on your back. Slowly move your legs to the side until your bottom touches the ground. Place your hands on your knees. This asana is great for those suffering from constipation or hemorhoids (piles). It ensures good digestion.
